Switch · from Zoho Vault
From Zoho Vault, without the extra clicks.
Keep the sharing rights your team relies on, and lose the friction. Vikela is built around one rule: one second to the thing you came for.
What you'll notice
Sharing rights in plain words
Available nowUse only, View, Edit and Manage. Each one explained in a sentence where you choose it.
Use without seeing
Available nowLike Zoho's one-click login: people can use a login without reading the password.
Authenticator codes on the login
Available nowThe live 2FA code sits on the login, worked out on your device.
Hide shared items you don't need
Coming soonTidy your own list without taking access away from anyone else.
Ask first, for a set time
Coming soonRequest access, a manager approves, and access ends on its own. Zoho's best idea, made quick.
Fast browser extensions
Coming soonSave in one click and fill on the first try.
How the move works
- Export from Zoho Vault. In Zoho Vault on the web, open the export option, choose CSV and save the file.
- Import into Vikela. In the vault, open Tools → Import data, pick Zoho Vault as the format and choose the file.
- Check the count. Vikela shows how many items came in. Compare it with Zoho Vault before you go further.
- Delete the export file. It holds every password in plain text. Delete it and empty the bin.

Not there yet
We'd rather you hear it from us. These are on the way but not live today:
- Ask first: request access for a set time with approval.
- Hiding shared items from your own list.
- Browser extensions (use the web vault for now).
- Direct import from your Zoho account (CSV import works today).
